XYDAKOR // PRIVACY
Mailing-list privacy information
When you join the XYDAKOR mailing list, your email address is used to send music releases, videos and occasional artist news. No name, telephone number or postal address is requested on the signup form.
Subscription is optional and based on your consent. You must select the consent checkbox and confirm through the email sent to you before becoming an active subscriber. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.
MailerLite provides the signup and email delivery service and processes subscriber data on XYDAKOR’s behalf. Its systems may also record technical information such as IP address, signup source, confirmation time and email interaction information. See MailerLite’s privacy policy for details of its processing and international data transfers.
Subscriber records are kept while the subscription is active or needed to manage it. After unsubscribing, a limited suppression record may be retained to prevent unwanted future mail. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information.
